The portal of the "Observatoire des territoires" (territorial Observatory) offers the general public access to a selection of informative documents on local territories in France, which are prepared by public organisations. It provides links to interministerial sites designed to address various issues and themes and present local territories. These sites are representative of the challenges involved in creating public policies on spatial planning and development.
